Which laser do you use, and what wavelength?
Citiwell K-21 diode laser: 808 nm working wavelength, 1600 W emitter power, a sapphire contact window with ICE Chill cooling down to −5 °C. It is not IPL (photo-epilation). CE marking and ALIMS — conformity and authorisation; the device documentation can be seen at the studio. More about the laser.

Is the consultation free, and do you do a test flash?
Yes. The consultation is free, and the test flash (patch test) is done at the same consultation. The practitioner assesses your skin and hair, asks about recent tanning, medication and past skin reactions, and only then chooses the settings.

Who performs the treatment, and how experienced are they?
At the Belgrade studio: Marija (over two years of experience) and Irina (about a year of experience), both Citiwell certified masters. Every Citiwell practitioner is trained by the network’s single training centre, and their work is supervised against Citiwell standards by management with a medical background and by medical specialists.

What does the price include?
The consultation and the test flash are free. Area and package prices are published in Serbian dinars and are fixed: a 2-area package 5,990 RSD, 3 areas 7,990 RSD, 6 areas 11,990 RSD; the first treatment is 20% off. All prices by area.

When should treatment be postponed?
Stop active tanning, sunbeds and self-tanner 5–7 days before treatment. Treatment is usually postponed during pregnancy, fresh tanning, active skin inflammation, tendency to keloid scars, active herpes, some acne medications and certain medical conditions. We treat clients from 18; at 16 or 17 only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
